1. Functional fitness athletes looking for an add on or supplementary Weightlifting program to work into
their current training routine.
2. This program is also perfect for any Weightlifter that responds well to moderate volume. We
have Master's and new lifters with less than one year's experience in mind here.
This program is moderate to low in volume and is very sustainable with most traditional CrossFit
programming. If your Weightlifting needs work but you can't afford to back off your other training
(gymnastics and conditioning) this program is perfect. This program follows a periodized
template geared towards improving proficiency cycling a barbell as well as improving 1 rep
maxes in all lifts.
If you're looking to improve your lifting and strength within your current crossfit training template
or do not handle high volume well this program is for you.
